1,635 Tons Superpave Asphalt Mix Design, WMA Wearing Course, PG 64-22, less than 0.3 Million ESAL's, 9.5mm Mix Design, SRL-M, 180 lb/sy All materials and work must meet PENNDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. For the "2019 Peacock Street Paving" contract the Bidders need to be PENNDOT prequalified. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages Apply to construction contract in excess of $100,000.00. The "2019 Peacock Street Paving" contract is estimated to exceed this threshold, so Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages will apply to this contract. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Municipality. For further information contact Tom Whitaker, Superintendent of Streets at 570-622-7690, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Pending review awarded at the Monday June 10, 2019 regularly scheduled Council Meeting at approximately 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows. The City of Pottsville reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Municipality.
