Site work for a water / sewer project in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
There is a mandatory bidder's questionnaire (enclosed with the specifications) that is due with the bid. If the questionnaire is not received with the bid, the General Contractor will not be able to submit a bid on this Project. The proposed Work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct Wells No. 3 & 4 Upgrades, in O'Fallon, Missouri, with Bid Number: 19-046. Work includes the demolition of existing well and treatment buildings and the construction of new well and treatment buildings including new piping, softening system, brine system, aeration tower, finished water clearwell and high lift pumps at both well sites. Work also includes the replacement of underground utilities, paving, and sitework at both sites as well as the addition of a communications shelter at Well No. 4. Contractor will provide all materials, support equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work.
