The City of O'Fallon, Missouri is accepting sealed bids for emergency deep excavation repairs and sewer tap lining. The City of O'Fallon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities. The City of O'Fallon also reserves the right to select the lowest and/or best bidder as determined by the City in its sole discretion. The City of O'Fallon - Collections & Sewer Lateral Crew are seeking qualified vendors for Emergency Excavation Repairs in excess of 16-feet below grade and the Sewer Lateral Crew is seeking qualified vendors for Emergency Sewer Tap Lining, or (TY Lining). 1. Emergency Excavation Repairs in excess of 16 feet below grade. o Point repairs of sanitary main lines ranging 8-24" in diamater o City Staff will provide mapping information and Video footage of repair if needed. o Traffic Control will be provided by the Contractor and must meet all M.U.T.C.D. guidelines. o Contractor is responsible for backfilling to grade o City will complete surface repairs/infrastructure 2. Emergency Sewer Tap Lining, or (TY Lining). o Rehabilitation of one (1) lateral connection with CIPL (Cure In Place Lining) o CCTV Acceptance Inspection o Line Lateral Lines through City Sewer Main o 2' into Sewer Lateral Line shall be lined o City Staff will provide mapping information and Video footage of repair if needed. o Traffic Control will be provided by the Contractor and must meet all M.U.T.C.D. guidelines. o Lateral Lines could be 4" or 6".
