Building to have a double-height, drive-through apparatus bay. Site improvements to include parking, new retaining walls, an underground detention tank, & an emergency generator. In accordance with RCW 39.10.380, GC/CM is requesting sealed, proposals from contractors for the referenced scopes of work for Tukwila Fire Station #52.
