For Demolition of Structure. Detailed description will be provided in Contract documents and Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Municipality. Property is located along Main Street in the Village of Scotland, PA, across from Garver Lane. The structure is a two-story wood-framed Victorian house with 2,079 square feet of living space. The entire lot size is 16,235 square feet; basement is unfinished; foundation is constructed of block and stone. Demolish existing house, removal of certain trees and/or bushes. Dispose of all debris according to DEP and EPA regulations. Dispose of all contents that may be inside the house. Contractor will provide traffic control if needed. All debris must be hauled away from the site. The house is approximately twenty feet (20') from the Conococheague Creek. The Contractor is responsible if any debris enters the Creek. Contractor may be required to work with engineers involved in the removal of a nearby dam. Clean fill must be used to bring the property to grade with the roadway.
