As of May 25, 2022, this project has been awarded to ECI Construction LLC. Additional award details are not available at this time. Design and construction of a two-story medical office building (approximately 35,000 square feet) on a site (approximately 2.61 acres) located at the intersection of Chambers Hill Drive and Fifth Avenue in Chambersburg, PA utilizing the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method. All prospective firms must substantiate their organizational structure and project management expertise covering projects of the magnitude and document specific expertise in practicing the IPD method for design and construction with the proposed business structure and participants. Prospective firms are hereby notified that partial funding for this project is provided by a grant under the Health Center Infrastructure Support of the American Rescue Plan Act (P.L. 117-2) and funds will be dispersed by the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration.
