Any changes to the Request for Proposals will be provided to all Proposers of record The City of Dover, New Hampshire (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for the Fifth & Grove Streets Reconstruction Project (Bid No. B24026), which includes installation of new storm drain pipe, drainage manholes, and catch basins; new sanitary manhole frames and covers;new water main, services, hydrants, and connections to existing water system; temporary bypass of water; reconstruction of roadway pavement and layout; construction of concrete sidewalks; installation of new light poles, lighting fixtures, riser poles, electrical conduits and duct bank, ground rods, pull boxes, and electrical equipment enclosure; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work. he Work shall be substantially complete within 230 calendar days from commencement of Contract Times. The Work shall be completed and ready for final payment within 45 calendar days from Substantial Completion with consideration for weather dependent Work, allowable planting timeframes, and paving temperature requirements.
