Bids will be taken under advisement and awarded to the lowest acceptable bidder based on the base bid and any accepted alternates. The Clinton Public School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities, also to withhold the acceptance of any bid, if approved, for thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.
