Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Clinton, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for the construction of a educational facility.
The Project involves work on three (3) of the district's campuses - Clinton High School, Elective Center (Clinton Jr. High Campus) and the Success Center. In general, the project includes demolition, new construction / repairs, new restroom fixtures and finishes Contact regarding questions, email biddinginfo@dalepartners.com Proposals shall be submitted in duplicate only upon the blank proposal forms provided with the specifications and must be accompanied by Proposal Security in the form of a Certified Check or acceptable Bid Bond in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Base Bid: such security to be forfeited as liquidated damages, not penalty, by any bidder who fails to carry out the terms of the proposal, execute a contract and post-Performance and Payment Bonds in the form and amount within the time specified. The Bid Bond, if used, shall be payable to the Owner. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The owner reserves the right to postpone action and final decision for a period of up to ninety (90) days.
