Site work for a civil project in Blaine, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The improvement consists of: 6,820 linear feet of 15 inch sanitary sewer main located near Lincoln Park to the City's North Harvey Road Water Tank. Sewer main will follow D Street, E Street, and cross an undeveloped lot. The project will also include a primary electrical system improvements. Price Range $1,500,000 - $2,000,000 All proposals must be upon regular blank forms and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. A one hundred percent (100%) payment and performance contract bond will be required. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights.
