Rebid Bid Item 01 - Earthwork, Erosion Control and Site Utilities Bid Item 08 - Aluminum Storefront and Glazing Work includes additions and renovations to the existing Amy Beverland Elementary School located at 11650 Fox Road, Indianapolis, IN 46236.There will not be a Pre-Bid Meeting.The project will be constructed u n d e r the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) delivery method for public work. Hagerman/Davis J.V. will contract with multiple subcontractors for the Bid items listed below, with bids received on a lump sum basis for each bid item. Each proposal shall include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the Construction Drawings, Project Schedule and Project Manual.The Owner will receive sealed Bids for the following Bid Items of work: Bid Item 01 - Earthwork, Erosion Control and Site Utilities Bid Item 08 - Aluminum Storefront and Glazing. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount may be required of the successful bidder prior to execution of Contracts. Bidders will provide an alternate cost for these bonds on the bid form. Time is of the essence and Bids shall be based upon performing the Work in full and strict accordance with the Project Schedule and Phasing Plan. Each entity submitting a Bid indicates it can and will have its own workers, Subcontractors, materials and equipment available to keep its Work on or ahead of the Preliminary Construction Schedule and Phasing Plan.
