The owner has determined a prequalified list of contractors. University Memorial Center (UMC)- Connection Renovation The project is a renovation of the UMC Connection, the student activities and gaming area of the University Memorial Center, one of the last remaining spaces in the building that has not yet been renovated. The renovation of the Connection is meant to give it a new energy and create additional income by: 1. Improve the mix of games and activities (bowling, billiards, video gaming, darts, etc.) 2. Improve casual dining experience 3. Improve nightclub/events area 4. Update all finishes, mechanical systems, lighting 5. Use square footage of the nightclub space more efficiently for multi-use events
