Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mound, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and skill required for work as described in the bidding documents. The project generally includes, but is not limited to, remove bituminous walk 2350 sq ft 6 concrete walk 195 sq ft 3" bituminous walk 2790 sq ft truncated domes 40 sq ft lighting unit type special 2 each traffic control 1 sign panels type c 45 sq ft common topsoil borrow 190 cu yd a pre-bid meeting will not be held. Bidder's Bond or Certified Check made payable without recourse to Three Rivers Park District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the Contract Sum, will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and formalities in order to award the contract in the best interests of Three Rivers Park District.
