Each Bidder shall possess at the time this Contract is awarded a B Contractors License, current and legally issued by the Contractor's State License Board, pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 3300. The successful bidder must maintain the license in good standing throughout the duration of this Contract. This is a prevailing wage job. The District has obtained from the Department of Industrial Relations the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work for the Los Angeles County area for each trade, craft, vclassification, or type of work needed to execute the contract. Copies of schedules of rates so determined are available on the Internet and are on file and available at the District Office address noted above. In accordancewith Section 1773.2 of the California Labor Code, the Contractor shall post a copy of the determination of prevailing rate of wagesat each jobsite.
