The Project is generally described as an irrigation system improvement project as follows: Approximately 44,400 lin. ft. of irrigation line (1" through 6"), 383 rotor heads, 36 valves, 70 surge protections, 6 air relief assemblies, other misc. irrigation items, erosion control, and other items of work. Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. must register or log-in to view and/or download Bidding Documents. Complete sets of Bidding Documents must be used in preparing Bids; neither OWNER nor ENGINEER assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid as stated in the Project Manual. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Questions regarding the project shall be directed to the Owner.
