Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
There will be approximately 578,000 sq. ft of slurry coat 1 with crack fill and 525,000 sq. ft of seal coat w/crack fill. A bid bond, certified check or cashiers check executed in favor or Weber School District in the amount of 5% of your bid must accompany the bid as guarantee that the bidder is willing to promptly enter into a contract and provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond upon award. Low bid will in no way bind the District and final selection and awarding of the bid will be made in what the District deems is their best interest. The Board of Education, Weber School District, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any portion thereof, and to waive any technicality in the bid process in the interest of the Board of Education.
