Weber School District is seeking annual statements of qualifications and performance data from firms engaged in providing general contractor services in the state of Utah. It is the intent of the District to qualify firms in two different categories: Firms qualified for projects with an estimated fee of less than $5 million. Firms qualified for projects with an estimated fee of greater than $5 million. Statements will be used and evaluated to create a list of pre-qualified general contractor firms. This list will be utilized when the procurement of general contractor services are required for a project from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. Description: Pre-qualify Submission Contract duration: 1 year Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Q & A deadline: Dec 07, 2020 6:00:00 PM EST If selected for a project pre-qualified contractors will be required to submit a bid bond for the project in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount made payable to WSD. Bidders must demonstrate their ability to bond and must state the bidders bonding limits.
