Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Blackstock, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center.
Replacement of Blackstock Arena which will include an 8,000 sq ft double gym, 2,500 sq ft multi-purpose space (dividable), an indoor walking/running track & a reconfigured fairground as well as outdoor amenities. Future addition of a pool is also proposed, will be followed separately. TIMELINE: Preliminary design & concept planning has been placed on hold. Federal funding through the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) was not approved, and as such the project is on hold until future funding opportunities become available. Owner is seeking additional funding, grants & contributions. Detailed design will proceed upon funding approvals. Updates may be available spring 2026. *Budget for construction is $21,300,000
