Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Herriman, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Midas Creek East Trail Connector is new construction and will require clearing, excavation, and installation of the following improvements: a new paved pedestrian trail, a new RAP equestrian trail both approximately 1/2 a mile in length, new concrete sidewalk, rockery retaining wall, and the installation of 3 precast bridges along with the corresponding concrete bridge supports/abutments. It also includes the demolition of an existing asphalt trail. Contractor shall provide all permits, materials, and labor to complete the project as designed.
