Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Herriman, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; and one-story above grade road / highway.
Questions Due Date: Dec 10th 2025, 5:00 PM MST All requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents shall be made in writing and delivered to the OWNER or ENGINEER no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to opening of Bids. Widen the existing intersection at Real Vista Drive and Mountain Corridor, including new full-depth pavement, pavement milling and overlay, curb, gutter, ADA ramps, and asphalt sidewalk. Jack and bore 70 linear feet of 36-inch steel casing. Install 54 linear feet of 18-inch HP pipe, 348 linear feet of 24-inch HP pipe, and 115 linear feet of 30-inch HP pipe. Install a traffic signal system, signing, and striping. Bidders must meet the requirements included in the plans and instructions. Only bids from contractors who have performed work on five similar projects since 2015 will be considered, and references or contact information for each of those project owners must be included in the bid. Bidders must furnish and install the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances as specified. The engineer's estimate is $1,500,000 for contractor work and $500,000 for the state furnished traffic signal hardware supplied by paid for by the City
