Saving Project...

Site work for a transportation facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

This project is for waterproofing repairs and restriping at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport East Daily Parking Structure. Work includes removal and replacement of existing expansion joint systems, preparation and recoating of existing traffic bearing waterproofing membrane, limited traffic coating repairs as needed, and installation of new parking striping and traffic markings to match existing layout and markings. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. All visitors to the CLT Center are required to show photo ID and obtain a visitor's pass from the CLT Center front desk. Please allow time for this procedure as the Pre-Bid Conference and Bid Opening times can NOT be changed for any reason. Preferred brand alternates, to the extent applicable, will be addressed at the Pre-Bid Conference. The City, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this Invitation to Bid, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
