The basis of design for the trailer is to be an or equal in size and function to the 60 x 24 WILLSCOT Section Modular Mobile Office, including restroom. See the attached Scope of Work. The Contractor shall acquire all permit approvals, provide project coordination, and construct the trailer pad per the mobile office manufacturers recommendations. The Owner will arrange to have the trailer delivered to the site, placed on block, tied down and leveled, with vinyl skirt, stairway and ADA ramp. Contractor shall construct the parking pad, apron, signage, pavement markings and remaining site improvements. The Contractor shall make all utility connections, install stairway and ramp, so the temporary trailer is made ready for use as office space as per the contract documents. Installation Floater Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price. Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids.
