Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
Bids are invited upon the following work: The parcel for the Park and Ride is currently an approximately two acre undeveloped field. The significant items of work consist of site grading, asphaltic pavement, base aggregate, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter and a raised concrete bus platform. The project also includes pavement markings, installing underground conduit, storm sewer, and the relocation of a water hydrant. Additionally, the project will require the installation of surveillance cameras. For your convenience plans and bidding documents are now available through For electronic bids, electronic bid bonds are required. The project is located in the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Reiner Road and O'Keeffe Avenue in the City of Sun Prairie, Dane County, WI. The project is locally funded. The successful bidder shall be required to conform to all Federal and State OSHA requirements. The City of Sun Prairie reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process. Bids may be held by the City of Sun Prairie for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the bid opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
