Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,413-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; swimming pool; and swimming pool.
This project is for a a retrofit and update to the Family Aquatic Center bathhouse and concession stand as well as modifications to the pool vessel. Est. Completion Date: May 31, 2026 Site demolition, building interior demolition, pool vessel and mechanical system demolition, erosion control, earthwork, electrical, building plumbing and hvac systems, building interior renovation, concrete pavement, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, pavement markings, signage, fencing, site utility installation, waterslide manufacturing and installation, shade structures, pool vessel plumbing and mechanical systems construction, and restoration.
