As of June 28, 2019, all bids have been received. All trades have been let. Contract R2019-c Concrete, Contract R2019-g Roofing Waterproofing, Contract R2019-h Asphalt/striping, Contract R2019-j Glazer, Contract R2019-k Overhead Doors, Contract R2019-l Hvac, Contract R2019-x Elevators. The project is a prevailing wage project and a bond in the amount of 5% of the contract price must be acquired. Additionally, the most up to date prevailing wage rates must be followed.
