Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Project includes the following Work: - 3,500 Ton - Aggregate Supply and Installation - 28 Each- Light Pole Bases - 180 Linear Feet - Support Piles The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of opening. The City of Ashland reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities herein, to reject any or all bids, and to award the Contract as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Ashland does not discriminate on the basis of race, color national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in employment or provisions of services, programs or activities.
