As of May 20, 2024 the project was awarded to Northwoods Paving for $123,798.50. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Bank Check, or Money Order (but not a personal check or company check) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price, payable to the City of Ashland Housing Authority, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bonds within the time set by the City of Ashland Housing Authority, or the bid guarantee will be forfeited. Performance and Payment Bonds: 100% of Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Owner.
