Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work will generally consist of furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the following work: 31,665 S.Y. - Asphalt Pavement Chip Sealing 10,000 S.Y. - Alternates for Additional Asphalt Pavement Chip Sealing Bid Security and Insurance: No bid will be received or considered unless accompanied by bid security in an amount of 5 percent (5%) of the base bid amount. Bidders must also have insurance coverage meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents. The City of Ashland reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City The date by which Substantial Completion must be achieved is September 1st, 2024 and the date by which readiness for final payment must be achieved is September 18th, 2024
