Additional Delivery Information - Services at the following address: MoDOT - St. Louis East Bound Foristell Weigh Scale Building 19805 Veterans Memorial Parkway Foristell, MO 63348 The Missouri Department of Transportation, St. Louis District is requesting a bid for a roof replacement on our East Bound Foristell Weigh Scale Building located at 19805 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Foristell MO 63348. The contractor will be required to remove the existing three tab asphalt shingles and EPDM roof down to the plywood substrate and replace with a 26 gauge screw down metal roof per the plans and specifications attached. The contractor will be required to provide all the material, equipment, and labor to complete the project. Include four sheets of plywood, material and labor, for miscellaneous damaged plywood in the pricing. Include a price per sheet, material, and labor, after four sheet of plywood. Attention Vendors: You must be a registered MissouriBUYS vendor to review all terms and conditions of this solicitation.
