SCI No. 2021-1409.10 The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct West Meyer Shouldering Project, in St. Charles County, Missouri. The construction shall include all work incidental to the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct the roadway improvements along with a multi-use path, pavement widening, curb and gutter, curb ramps, drainage structures and other appurtenances. All bidders must meet the MoDOT requirements as a Contractor at least seven (7) days prior to bid opening in accordance with Section 102.2 of the St. Charles County Standard Specifications for Arterial Highway Construction Question Deadline 06/18/2026 All requests for clarifications on these bidding documents must be received in writing at least one week prior to the bid opening. The County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities therein to determine the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, and to approve the bond. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of Bids. MODOT - West Meyer Shouldering Project From Highway W to Bridge over a tributary of McCoy Creek (1,800 feet east of Duenke Road) Saint Charles County The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct WEST MEYER SHOULDERING PROJECT, STP-5414 (642) in St. Charles County, Missouri. The construction shall include all work incidental to the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct the roadway improvements along with a multi-use path, pavement widening, curb and gutter, curb ramps, drainage structures and other appurtenances. Regardless of when the work is begun on this contract, all work shall be completed within 275 Calender Days from the date of the written Notice to Proceed. Work zone traffic management shall be in accordance with applicable portions of Division 100 and Division 600 of the Standard Specifications, and specifically as follows.
