As of February 20, 2020, a general contractor has confirmed award and project is recently under construction. The Project or Work consists of the construction of new and modified wastewater treatment facilities including solids screening, pre-dewatering facilities, thermal hydrolysis process and feed systems, anaerobic digesters, digester gas treatment systems, process steam systems, fats, oils, and grease receiving, and other related treatment plant facilities and upgrades. Procedures for submitting a Bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of Bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders. All rights are reserved to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or to award such contract as in its judgment is deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner.
