The project shall consist of the modernization of an existing 9,336 S.F. facility which will be converted into the new Agricultural Commissioners Office and UC Extension facility. The tenant improvement project consists of interior wall framing and finishes, IT infrastructure upgrade, HVAC equipment upgrade, lighting upgrade, room identification signage, doors, casework, and modifications of existing restrooms to comply with current accessibility standards, per the California Building Code. The project will, also, include modifications to the existing CMU monument sign, parking lot seal coat and restriping, and the installation of an off site CMU monument sign at the Juvenile Detention / Probation Office.
