Pre-qualification documents are due no later than July 5th, 2019 by 5:00 pm. Pre-qualification requirements are listed in the bid documents.. This solicitation for bids may be canceled by the City of Glenwood Springs, and any submittals may be rejected in whole or in part for good cause when in the best interests of the City of Glenwood Springs. The City of Glenwood Springs reserves the right to reject any or all any bids or accept what is, in its judgment, the best bid. Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose bid is determined to be the most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration price and the evaluation factors set forth in the bid documents. No other factors or criteria shall be used in the evaluation. If a contract is awarded, it will be awarded to a firm whose bid is deemed by the City of Glenwood Springs to be in the best interests of the City.
