Term: 03/12/2022 02:00 AM EST - 03/20/2022 02:00 AM EDT Question Acceptance Deadline 11/17/2021 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Colorado Mountain College's Glenwood Center located at 1402 Blake Ave., Glenwood Springs, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms to complete certain drywall and ceiling repairs. Contractor shall perform the following services: Mobilization and protection of existing finishes. Repair joints and water damaged areas with matching texture and paint. Removal of old metal brackets and shades currently installed. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment. Contractor to confirm square footage. Hide blue wires that are currently exposed. Alternative: Please provide costs for an alternative to drywall. CMC provides metal trim, specs and data sheets are attached, as a possible option but is open to others. Staging area can be next to the West Entry of the building with access to go in and out without disrupting flow from front entrance. A roll off will fit in that area as well, if needed. Contractor will need to avoid front entrance. Project needs to be completed over Spring Break - March 12 - 20, 2022. General Requirements - Onsite Maintenance Required
