Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin. Contractors shall be required to pay prevailing wages on this contract in accordance with Section 4115.03 - 4115.06 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bid must contain the full name of every person, persons, or company interested in same and be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid drawn in favor of the City of Fairview Park, or a certified check or cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in Cuyahoga County, made payable to the City of Fairview Park in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as prescribed in Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. The City of Fairview Park reser-ves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all proposals or to award a contract which in its judgment is in the best interest of the City of Fairview Park, OH.
