SORTA is requesting quotes for site clean-up and maintenance at property located on Terhune Alley and Monroe Street property. The nature of the work is to clean-up and remove debris and all garbage and tires from the property. The Contractor shall be responsible for disposing all materials per the City of Cincinnati and State guidelines. The Contractor shall also be responsible for arranging all container services. Please see detail scope herein this RFQ Firm offer period: Quotes shall remain firm for a period of 60 calendar days from the date signed When accepted by and signed on behalf of SORTA, this quote form and all relevant portions of SORTA Request for Quotes, including any amendments thereto; the bidder representations and certifications submitted as part of its bid; and any other relevant materials submitted by the bidder as part of, or subsequent to, submittal of its bid shall form a binding contract between SORTA and the bidder for provision of the goods and performance of services as specified therein. This contract may be in the form of one or more originals or duplicates, each of which shall be equally binding on the parties. SORTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. SORTA will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
