Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wausau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This work shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the application of Seal Coating as directed. A bid bond in the amount of 5% ofthe total bid shall be submitted with each bid, as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten days after the awarding of the contract. A Performance Bond and also a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 100% ofthe total bid price,together with an executed contract in form prescribed by the City of Wausau will be required of the successful bidder. The City ofWausau reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to award a contract in the best interest ofthe City ofWausau.
