Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in West Jordan, Utah. Working plans call for the construction of a 14,300-square-foot clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; fitness / recreation center; fitness / recreation center; swimming pool; and swimming pool.
Plans call for an 800-seat main stage theater, two performance and rehearsal event spaces, classrooms and a dedicated visual art gallery. As of July 2025, the county will handle the two-stage contractor bidding process with the Stage 1 RFQ for pre-qualifying of general contractors to advance to Stage 2 to bid. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter 2026. Anticipated Schedule: Stage 1 RFQ – Issue August Stage 2 Bid (prequalified contractors only) – Issue September and award in late October.
