Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the following Items: a) Installation of cathodic protection test stations, galvanic anodes, and remote corrosion monitoring stations as shown on the Drawings and provided in the specifications. b) Site and surface restoration for Work activities in all areas including, but not limited to asphalt, sidewalks, lawns, sprinklers, landscape fabric and rock, and unimproved areas. Questions Due Date: Jun 27th 2025, 12:00 PM MDT Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Total Bid Price payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. A bid shall not be considered unless one of the forms of Bidder's security is enclosed with it. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as the OWNER in its sole discretion shall determine may best serve the interest of the OWNER.
