Renovation of an educational facility in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The removal and replacement of single-ply membrane roofing system in its entirety, associated flashing systems, metal parapet cap and/or edge flashing systems, replacing wet or damaged rigid roof insulation in addition of new 1/2 " cover board of approximately 48,214 square feet. Removal and reinstallation of existing concrete roof tiles on the pitched roof system in order to remove and replace the existing underlayment/ice and water shield flashing system (Contractor to field verify total area of work). Miscellaneous mechanical roof top equipment additions and replacements with associated electrical items. (6) new split systems to (6) Interior existing Data Rooms. Infill abandoned structural deck penetrations and repair misc. Misc. Exterior building items that have failed to ensure weather tight building envelope. New ladders from different parapet levels and Platform Bridge are included in the project scope of work as defined by the contract documents.
