Jordan School District (JSD) is inviting qualified general contractors (Contractors) to submit bids to provide emergency power circuits to IT closets at multiple facilities in the district. The awarded Contractor will be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications and requirements of the bid documents. The following list building locations, to be known as Bid Package #1 are: Copper Canyon Elementary Fox Hollow Elementary Hayden Peak Elementary Mountain Shadows Elementary Oquirrh Elementary Westland Elementary West Hills Middle Copper Hills High Riverton High As a technical requirement, all bidders are required to attend a pre-bid conference on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (MDT). The pre-bid conference will be held at Copper Hills High School located at 5445 West Copper Hills Parkway (7800 South), West Jordan, Utah 84081. The meeting will commence outside the main office at the indicated time, whereby all Contractors will sign a Bid Attendance Sheet. Nothing stated at the pre-bid conference will change the invitation for bid unless a change is made by written addendum. There will be three (3) different location types associated with this bid package, a high school, a middle school, and an elementary school. A bid attendance sheet will be available at each location type, and attendance at only one of the locations is required to be deemed a responsive bidder as to the bid requirements. Jun 17th 2025, 10:00 AM MDT - Jun 17th 2025, 12:00 PM MDT Questions Due Date: Jun 26th 2025, 12:00 PM MDT Site work may begin as early as July 14, 2025. Work must be substantially completed by October 24, 2025. A construction schedule must be approved by JSD representatives at the pre-construction meeting before commencing work. The awarded Bidder(s) will receive notice to proceed. Notice to proceed will be in the form of a Purchase Order from the JSD Purchasing Department. Do not proceed without a Purchase Order. Question Deadline 05/15/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Online Portal The Jordan School District Purchasing Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of JSD.
