The Project consists of performing Partial Depth Repairs (8000 +/-) Full Depth asphalt Pavement Repairs (2500 +/-) and Construction of Approximately 20,000 S.F of a 1 1/2 or 2 thick asphalt overlay Proposals shall be accompained by a Bid Gurantee and Performance Bond Meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 and 153.571 O.R.C Executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the Full Amount of proposal including add alternates in lieu of a bid bod, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the owner in the amount of 10% of the Proposal Amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date
