Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of May 4,2021 This project has been awarded for the amount of $882,136.15. Start date and completion date ahs not yet been established.** All work is to conform to the latest edition of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction Material Specifications with supplements or changes thereto. Particular information for the work may be obtained at the Office of the Hamilton County Engineer. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a Bond in the Sum as specified in Project No.502017 or Certified Check for the amount on a Solvent Bank as a guarantee to insure that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into. All Bidders must use the enclosed printed form provided, which is obtainable at The Office of the Hamilton County Engineer, as none other will be accepted. The Bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a corporate surety bond in the sum equal to 100% of the contract price, conditioned according to law. This project falls under prevailing wage and all participants must comply with prevailing wage rate on public improvements in Hamilton County, State of Ohio, as approved and determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 41150.05 ORC. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bid.
