Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San), Martinez, California, invites and will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and services specified for the construction of District Project 8436, Pump Station Upgrades, Phase 1 in conformance with the Contract. The work generally consists of the replacement and/or renovation of major mechanical, electrical, and controls equipment at the three sewage pump stations in Orinda and Moraga, California. The estimated cost of construction is $24,000,000 including additive bid items. Central San, at its discretion, may add additional construction activities after Award of the Construction Contract. Bids will be accepted only from approved pre-qualified general contractors and electrical subcontractors selected from the requests for statements from interested general contractors and electrical subcontractors issued on july 15, 2019.
