Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Bids must be accompanied by a surety bond of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The project will convert the existing three-legged stop-controlled intersection at Tanque Verde Road and Tanque Verde Loop Road to a four-legged signalized intersection.Estimated cost for the project is between $900,000.00 and $950,000.00.The project shall be complete and in place within 140 working days from Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages for late delivery will be assessed per Pima County Standard Specification Section 108-9. All bidders will be subject to Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Registration and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements and reporting. Please review these requirements carefully. For this project, a minimum goal of 12.07% for participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) as a percentage of the total amount of the projects bid schedule. The contractor must have the appropriate license issued by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors before award of the contract and maintain same through the duration of the project.
