Site work for a municipal facility in Oakland, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The Work includes: Systemwide HVAC Upgrades as outlined in Contract Specifications Section 01 11 00: a.The mechanical work includes upgrading HVAC equipment with new control, piping, and ductwork. b.Structural work includes seismic support for the new equipment and structural reinforcement for new duct penetration opening. c.Architectural work includes equipment enclosure at Rockridge station, guard rail at roof, roof access ladder, and reroofing at Lafayette station. d.Exterior louver replacement at Concord Station. Patch repair of finishes, replacement battery room doors, cleaning and sealing for maintaining fire assemblies and water proofing. e.Electrical work includes providing electrical connection to new equipment and relocation/installing new lighting fixtures at locations affected by new equipment.
