The City of Charlotte, North Carolina, is now accepting Proposals for Traffic Sign Installation Services. The requirements for submitting a Proposal are stated in the attached Request for Proposals (the "RFP"). Please review them carefully. All interested Companies should return a completed Request For Proposals Acknowledgement Form (see Section 6, Form 1) by the date stated in the schedule in Section 2.1 of this RFP. One (1) electronic copy of the Proposal on a flash drive in a searchable format such as MS Word or Adobe Acrobat and one (1) original Proposal signed in ink by a company official authorized to make a legal and binding offer, plus five (5) copies of your Proposal must be submitted. The Proposals will not be read aloud or made available to inspect or copy until any trade secret issues have been resolved. It is the City's intention to award multiple contracts for a three (3) year period with no renewal options. Pricing shall be fixed and firm doe each term. Pricing adjustments may be negotiated between the Company and the City on an annual basis. Service is expected to begin August 2019. RFP questions must be directed to Monica Henson, per the enclosed instructions in Section 2.3. The City is an equal opportunity purchaser.
