Site work and new construction of a civil project in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project work consists of the construction of a new sanitary lift station to relocate and replace an existing lift station. Work includes the procurement and installation of the lift station mechanical equipment, electrical system and controls in place with a new wet well, valve vault, and meter vault. Work also includes the bypass pumping of affluent during construction as necessary to maintain flows, demolition of the existing lift station, construction of a new forcemain extension, relocation of an existing storm pipe, HMA access drive, and other ancillary and restoration items. The Village of Lake Zurich is requesting bids from qualified firms and/or individuals to perform construction of a new sanitary lift station to relocate and replace and existing lift station.
