Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tigard, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project cost range is $300,000 - $700,000. The County will not hold a pre-bid meeting for this project The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the following in Washington County: o Implement temporary traffic control and temporary pollution control measures o Trim vegetation adjacent to and above the roadway related to contract operations o Place approximately 18,240 Tons of Level 3, 1/2 " Dense ACP and 34 tons of Level 4, 1/2 " Dense ACP on various country roadways. o Place approximately 60 Tons of Special Treated Base o Perform approximately 10,892 square yards of Cold Plane Pavement Removal - 4-inch depth o Replace pavement markings as required o Adjust utilities Bids may be rejected by the County for non-compliance with prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and for good cause, upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. All Work for Beef Bend Road and West Union Road will be completed no later than August 30, 2019. All work on the remaining roadways will be completed no later than October 15, 2019.
