This solicitation has been designated to be awarded to a State of Minnesota Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), or Veteran-Owned Small Business. ONLY responses received from Contractors that are TG/ED/VO certified through the Department of Administration, Office of Equity and Procurement, will be considered. State Project Number 02AD0020 A. The work will done under one prime contract that includes: General and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Concrete crack repair and patching. 2. Temporary removal and reinstallation of electrical conduits and wires. 3. Saw-cut new vertical control joints. 4. Remove and replace joint sealant. 5. Apply cementitious coating on all wall surfaces.
